ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. —
As of late Friday night, a strong tropical disturbance northeast of Florida became Subtropical Storm Beryl. While this system is drifting to the northeast right now and away from Central Florida, it will start to drift back to the southeast coastline for the second half of the weekend.
At this time, tropical storm warnings are out for the Volusia/Brevard County line.
According to Severe Weather Center 9 meteorologist Brian Shields, Beryl could make landfall late Sunday.
