With its innovative 'tiles' approach, Microsoft's latest OS is a huge leap forward – although it may take some getting used to.

I have used windows 8 in my laptop. well its pretty good. I like the main view of window as the Microsoft try to develop it like access to everything on one single click. But windows 8 also some similar with windows 7, because when we click on desktop then the view of desktop is the same as it is in the windows 7. But overall its good and I like it.

Thanks for that info. Personally I have not used Windows 8. I do have Windows 7 on 2 of my desktop and really like W7.
I am more of a Linux person though. I use Ubuntu, Mint, Zorin, and Pear.
