MIAMI — Tropical Storm Ernesto has formed and is heading west toward the Caribbean, according to the National Hurricane Center Ernesto is the fifth tropical storm of the 2012 Atlantic hurricane season. According to the Hurricane Center, Ernesto is moving west at nearly 22 mph and has winds of 50 mph.
